Adults:

The best use of ActiGlucane is in the evening before going to sleep, or in the morning before breakfast. Exceeding of daily dose does not represent a health hazard. The product is suitable for adults and children from the age of 3 years, or from the age of 1 year upon recommendation of the physician.
